Last updated 25 September 2026. This notice covers the Inside Left website and the club workspace. Players are told separately, in plain language and before anything starts, what a test collects, who sees what, and how to delete it.
Who we are
Inside Left is run by Stringlearning ApS, CVR 35673539, Sankt Annæ Plads 13, 3., 1250 København K, Denmark, the company behind Seier AI. It is the data controller for what is described here. Contact: nhs@provenance-tags.com.
What we collect here
- Request access: your name, club, role, work email, country and message. We use them only to answer you and, if you agree, to set up your club. The details are stored encrypted.
- Club accounts: your email, your name if given, your role in the club, your passkeys (public keys only; your fingerprint or face never leaves your device), and an audit trail of what was done in the club.
- Feedback you send from inside the app, stored encrypted, to improve Inside Left.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see card or bank details; we keep what was bought, when and for which club.
- Technical logs hold ids, timings and errors. They never hold what you or a player wrote.
Players
For a player's data, the club that runs the case is the data controller; Stringlearning ApS handles it on the club's behalf (as processor). A player is told, in plain language and before anything starts, what the test involves, who sees what, and how to have it deleted; a parent or guardian as well for anyone under 18. In short:
- Text, never audio. During the conversation the player's voice is turned into text as they speak, by ElevenLabs, and sent back to our server. Inside Left never stores the audio. The text of what the player and the interviewer say is stored encrypted (AES-256), under a key held only by our servers, as in our other apps. ElevenLabs processes the audio live; on our current plan they may keep a log of it for a limited time under their own terms, which we are working to switch off.
- The interviewer is an AI language model, reached through OpenRouter with zero data retention: providers may not keep or train on what is sent. It asks and follows up; it never scores personality, never diagnoses, and never makes a decision.
- Scores from a published personality scale (the Mini-IPIP) are calculated by plain code from the options the player chose. No norm group is used yet; in Danish and Spanish the scale is a translation not yet validated, and the report says so.
- Wellbeing. If a player says something that raises a concern for their safety or wellbeing, the conversation pauses and the club's responsible person is asked to check in, without the details in the message. It stays paused until someone at the club has checked in and cleared it.
- Genetic profiles use no one's personal data: the club picks one of 280 synthetic profiles (built from public, anonymised reference data), and the report says it is not the player's DNA.
- A player's own genetics is optional, only with the player's separate consent: from a DNA file the player already has, one published score (for how easily someone gets upset under stress) is calculated by statistical software in a separate service, never by a language model, away from the player's name. The file is read and not kept; only the small result is stored, encrypted. Withdrawing the consent deletes it.
- Who sees it: the draft report is read by the person responsible for the case (usually the scout), the club's admins and its reviewers. When the responsible person has signed it off, other staff at the club who use Inside Left can read it. For an under-18, only the responsible person and the club's admins ever can. Every reader's copy carries their name, and every opening is logged.
- The player's rights. When the conversation ends, the player gets a personal reference. With it, at insideleft.seier.ai/mine, they can ask for a copy of what the club received, ask for a correction or add their own comment to the report, or ask for everything to be deleted. The club decides and answers within 30 days; the player can also write to nhs@provenance-tags.com.
Where it is kept
In the EU: the database with Supabase (Ireland), the application on Fly.io (Amsterdam). Email is sent through Postmark. We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your club; there are no tracking or advertising cookies.
How long
Players' data: 12 months after the report is released; 90 days after a case is withdrawn or never started; 12 months after the last activity if a report is never signed off; sooner when the player or the club asks. The responsible person at the club is told 14 days before. A record that a player's request was made and answered (without the player's identity) is kept for 3 years. Access requests: up to 12 months. Accounts: for as long as your club uses Inside Left, then deleted. Payment records: as long as accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to nhs@provenance-tags.com. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
