Performance data shows what a player does. Medical shows what their body can do. Inside Left gives you evidence on who is doing it: how they handle pressure, criticism, competition and a new country, from a voice-led interview, a personality questionnaire and genetics, before you make the investment.
NewGenetics, with 280 profiles to choose from →The club starts it. The player talks. Your staff read the evidence and decide.
Describe the environment they'd move into: coaching style, culture, language, role. Add genetics: 280 profiles to choose from, or the player's own DNA. Then start right there on your device, with the player in the room, or mail them a private link.
In the room or by link · Genetics optionalA 30–45 minute conversation in English, Danish, Spanish, German, French or Portuguese (Italian, Dutch and the other Scandinavian languages are coming), with an AI interviewer that listens like an experienced sport psychologist: real football situations, a published personality scale, and follow-up questions shaped by what the player says.
Voice · scales · scenarios · more languages comingSeparate specialists analyse the conversation and the questionnaire. Every finding is checked against the player's own words, reviewed independently, and signed off by someone at your club.
No fit score. Ever. Each kind of evidence keeps its own voice in the report — so you always know how strong a finding is and where it came from.
A short, published Big Five questionnaire, scored automatically from the player's own answers, with its limits stated.
Bench, red card, new coach, dressing-room conflict — scenarios probed from several directions, with contradictions surfaced.
One published stress-sensitivity score, from 280 genetic profiles or the player's own DNA, with the variants a chip misses filled in. Shown on its own, with its limits. See how →
T14 = turn 14 of the interview. In a real report, every reference opens the player's own words in context.
A third layer of evidence beside the interview and the questionnaire. Only one trait has a published, well-powered genetic score: how easily someone gets upset under stress. Inside Left computes that one, fills in what a DNA chip misses, shows it on its own with its limits, and never lets it outweigh what the player says.
Synthetic genomes, 35 for each of eight origins, from lower to higher than average. The player's likely origin is suggested from their nationality, and the report shows it at lower, around and higher side by side, so you see how little genetics would move the picture. Never picked from the interview, never the player's data, and marked everywhere: not the player's DNA.
The file they already have from 23andMe, AncestryDNA or MyHeritage, with their own, separate consent. Read in memory, scored, and not kept.
You order the kit; the case tracks it. The interview goes ahead meanwhile, and the report waits until you upload the lab's result.
Areas of alignment, areas to investigate, support considerations. The decision stays with your staff.
An independent check on every report, and a named person at the club signs it off. For young players and flagged cases, the responsible person first confirms the reasons for a careful review.
Optional, and only the one trait the science supports. Raw DNA never touches a language model, never sits with the player's name, and isn't kept.
Who sees what, for what purpose, for how long — and how to challenge or delete it.
“You've started every match for two months. Before a big game, the coach tells you you're on the bench. What's the first thing you feel?”
No account and no app. The player talks with a calm voice and answers by voice or with a tap, on your tablet in the room or on their own phone at home.
