Inside Left

Terms

Version 1, 25 September 2026. Inside Left is in a closed pilot. These terms apply until a written agreement with your club replaces them.

1. Who we are

Inside Left is run by Stringlearning ApS, CVR 35673539, Sankt Annæ Plads 13, 3., 1250 København K, Denmark, the company behind Seier AI. In these terms “we” is that company and “the club” is the club whose workspace you use. You can reach us at nhs@provenance-tags.com.

2. What Inside Left is, and is not

Structured evidence about a player, for qualified club staff. It never makes a transfer or selection decision, never ranks players and never produces a single “fit score”. Every report is signed off by a named person at the club before it is released. Genetic results, where included, are probabilities with stated limits, never predictions about a person.

3. Access

Inside Left is for clubs and their staff, not consumers. Access is by invitation only: we set up the club, and the club's admin decides who is a member. Keep your login and passkeys to yourself; what happens under your account is yours.

4. Tokens and payment

Tokens are bought for a club and used for assessments. The price of each pack and of each assessment is shown before anything is spent. VAT is added where it applies and shown on the invoice. Payment is taken on Stripe's page; we never see card or bank details. Tokens are credited once Stripe confirms the payment. While payments run in test mode, nothing real is charged. Tokens don't expire during the pilot and aren't refundable once used.

5. Players

A player takes part only with their own informed consent, and a parent's or guardian's as well for anyone under 18. The club agrees to use what Inside Left produces only for the purpose the player agreed to, to limit access to the staff who need it, and to honour a player's request to see, correct or delete what is held about them.

The conversation is led by an AI interviewer that listens and asks follow-up questions; it never diagnoses and never decides. What the player says is stored only as encrypted text, never as audio. If a player says something that raises a concern for their safety or wellbeing, the interview pauses and the club is told; the interview stays paused until a member of the club has checked in with the player and cleared it; the club agrees to do so promptly and to follow its own safeguarding or player-welfare procedure. For a player's data the club is the data controller, and Stringlearning ApS processes it on the club's behalf.

6. Liability

We are liable for what Danish law says we cannot disclaim, and for nothing beyond it: not for decisions a club makes on the strength of a report, not for indirect or consequential loss, and not for a service that is unavailable for a while.

7. Changes

We may change these terms. A material change is announced to each club's admins by email at least fourteen days ahead.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disagreements that we can't settle between us go before the Danish courts, with Copenhagen City Court (Københavns Byret) as the first instance.
